FIT classes are strength based workouts made for beginner to intermediate gym users. These classes will not only get your muscles working, but your mind as well. You won't just be going through the motions; you will learn why certain exercises are paired together, what part of you they are benefiting and how to properly do them. We want you to feel excited and confident during your time in the gym!
*Classes are $5/member and $10/non-member

Mondays @ 5:15 - 6:15 a.m.
Tuesdays @ 6:15 - 7:15 p.m.
FIT - Lower Body
Wednesdays @ 5:15 - 6:15 a.m.
Thursdays @ 6:15 - 7:15 p.m.
